BACKGROUND

 

Lush is a cosmetics company, which was started in 1995 by Mark Constantine and Liz Weir. Both the founders strongly believed that business ethics should not compromise the personal ethics of this world.  This led them to establishing Lush as a cosmetics business that is committed to running a strict policy against animal testing, and supporting Fair Trade and Community Trade initiatives.

 

The Lush headquarters is located in the United Kingdom, however there are 800 Lush stores worldwide, in 51 countries. Lush produces and sells a variety of organic handmade beauty products such as soaps, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and facemasks.
