Wheatgrass:
Wheatgrass is another key ingredient that Lush uses in many of it products. It is sourced locally from Bondi Beach from a lady called Rhonda Boswell who began growing wheatgrass in the 1970s. By purchasing local produce Lush helps support it local businesses, whilst ensuring the products are of the freshest quality.
Fruit and Vegetables
Fruit and Veg are also sourced locally from farmers markets around Sydney. They are then sent over to the Lush kitchen, which is located in Marrickville. The fruit and veg are then used in their facemasks as well as many other products. Dan Campbell from the Lush product Lab advised that Fruit receives a constant flow of energy from the tree. The moment it is plucked from the tree it starts to decompose. Therefore the faster you use it the higher the nutrients and the better it is for your skin
